Rhinoplasty improve appearance

A rhinoplasty and a small chin implant would be good plus some medical grade anit-acne medications. (Richard P. Rand, MD, FACS, Seattle Plastic Surgeon)

Extended chin implant and good rhinoplasty work very well together.

From your pictures, you seem like an ideal candidate for these procedures, which should make a big difference in your appearance, both in appearance and in front view.

The anatomy of your nose is very favorable for a good outcome, and there are several steps involved.

What you need is a mandibular implant (also called an extended chin implant), and it should be made of solid silicone to imitate bone.

This will make your chin stronger, and your jawline a little wider as well in the front view. (George J. Beraka, MD (retired), Manhattan Plastic Surgeon)

Appearance improvement and balance with a rhinoplasty and a chin implant.

Appearance improvement and balance with a rhinoplasty and a chin implant is what would benefit you.

Make sure you see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon whose noses look natural to you.

You want to know the real noses he has done and not just computer imaging. Better yet, meet with patients he has done. (Toby Mayer, MD, Beverly Hills Facial Plastic Surgeon)

Impoving appearance

Rhinoplasty improve appearance with surgery

From the pics you sent, it appears that you have a pronounced hump and over-projected tip. A rhinoplasty procedure can reduce the hump and lower your tip.

You can also send your photos via email to slup, and I will image them for you so you can see what you would look like after the procedure. I think a chin implant would help but not absolutely necessary. (Oleh Slupchynskyj, MD, FACS, New York Facial Plastic Surgeon)

Appearance Improvement

Both rhinoplasty and chin implant surgeries will improve the balance of the face on profile view. The other consideration is oral surgery. It is a bit hard to tell from your photos, but I suspect that this may be a part of the imbalance. (Joseph Campanelli, MD, Minneapolis Facial Plastic Surgeon)

Profile improvement

Rhinoplasty improve appearance pictures

From the limited view of your photo, I would recommend hump reduction, bringing the tip closer to the face (de-projection), and dropping the tip (de-rotation). HArd to tell from the picture if a small chin implant will benefit you. (Michel Siegel, MD, Houston Facial Plastic Surgeon)

Improving your Profile

I recommend 3 areas for improvement: a natural-appearing rhinoplasty to eliminate the hump and refine the tip a chin augmentation. This will lend strength and proportion to your face. I am not a fan of chin implants in younger patients. It is very unlikely that a chin implant will sit for 50 or 60 years without eventually causing problems such as erosion of the bone or damage to tooth roots. I much prefer a chin augmentation using your own bone (a so-called sliding genioplasty).

This is a more significant procedure than an implant, but once healed you can forget about it. treatment of your skin. I suggest a consultation with a dermatologist. (Eric Pugash, MD, Vancouver Plastic Surgeon)
