Asian (ethnic) rhinoplasty- this patient was kind enough to allow use of her photos for internet. Many Asian patients are very private and only wish for use at the office. Dorsal augmentation was with silicone implant but, diced cartilage, rib, septal cartilage etc can all be used effectively. Note the nostril and tip refinement!
