There are 2 components with cosmetic rhinoplasty, the physical surgery and the psychology behind it. Physically, most plastic surgeons are able to operate on a male nose when puberty is done, typically anywhere from 17-19 years of age in men. Real Risks and Complications of a Rhinoplasty
