You should be fine making plans to have a rhinoplasty at your age. The reality is that your nose is very close to being fully developed from a surgical standpoint. The concern when you are younger is that your nose will either continue to grow after having a rhinoplasty or that you would stunt the growth in some way that might be detrimental.
