You should be fine making plans to have a rhinoplasty at your age. The reality is that your nose is very close to being fully developed from a surgical standpoint. The concern when you are younger is that your nose will either continue to grow after having a rhinoplasty or that you would stunt the growth in some way that might be detrimental. I happen to perform rhinoplasty all the time on 16 year females. Males should wait about 1-2 years longer before considering rhinoplasty surgery. (John M.
