What is a Non-Surgical Nose Job
Non-surgical rhinoplasties use fillers like Juvederm or Restylane to change the shape of the nose. This method is recommended more for smaller adjustments and is not a substitution for a rhinoplasty.
If you need to make more minor changes, you can use fillers to plump certain areas of the nose. This is the most non-invasive method for alterations to the nose but the results are not permanent.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Details
A Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty offers a way to manipulate the nose using dermal fillers like Restylane, Juvederm or Perlane. It is a relatively simple and quick procedure that can be done in about 20-40 minutes. It is a good option for those who are unhappy with the shape of the nose, but are not ready for surgery.
However, you have to be aware that while injecting the nose with fillers can produce some pretty impressive results, it is a more limited approach than a surgical rhinoplasty.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is particularly good at helping patients with a nasal defect that can be improved by filling in a dip or deficit. It can also be used to make a hump on the dorsum of the nose look smaller. But, as you might imagine, it’s tough to make a nose look smaller overall by injecting something into it. Results can be seen immediately and there is little or no downtime.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty (Nose Job)
A “non-surgical rhinoplasty” (nose job or nose reshaping) is a term that describes the use of injectable soft tissue fillers to change the external shape of the nose. Generally speaking, the fillers are made of calcium hydroxyapatite (Radiesse) or hyaluronic acid (Juvederm and others).
These fillers last anywhere from 6 to 9 months, though in certain areas and for certain patients, effects may be longer.
There two extremely important points that all patients should understand about “non-surgical rhinoplasty”:

- this treatment ADDS VOLUME to the nose and therefore is NOT suitable for patients desiring a smaller or more refined nose; and
- fillers may change the external shape of parts of the nose, but do NOT in any way improve the nasal function, breathing, or other internal anatomical issues.
A third point is that fillers are temporary but not cheap – so having a couple “non-surgical rhinoplasty” procedures will quickly add up to the cost of an actual rhinoplasty.

A non-surgical nose job does not require any incisions and there is no physical manipulation of the structure of the nose. This is done with the use of fillers such as Restylane or Radiesse. These fillers can provide subtle changes to the nose but can only be used to add to the height of the nasal bridge (or dorsum), termed “augmentation”, or can add height to your nasal tip. The tip cannot be brought closer to the nose if you have a elongated nasal tip nor can the tip be refined (narrowing the tip of your nose). If you have a dorsal hump along your nasal bridge, it is also best to pursue surgery to remove the hump rather than fillers. Fillers in the nose can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years depending on the site of injection. However, beware of physicians that recommend silicone injections in the nose because although it can be a more permanent solution the material can cause an inflammatory reaction at any time and lead to infection and scarring. There is no real substitute for a well done rhinoplasty (nosejob). Sometimes a small amount of filler is used in depressed areas (shallow areas). However, injecting material into the nose has its risks.
If the material gets into a blood vessel that feeds the skin, it can cause damage to the skin. My advice is to have a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon who can advise you on options.

Nose job without surgery usually means injection of some filler or fat to plump up the nose. The problem is that most noses need structure to hold the shape.
Hard implants like silicone implants, common in Korea, are really not “non-surgical”. Injections with filler can give a shape change to a minor degree. Be wary of filler injections if skin is thin.
Also, Filler injections can become infected like any implant. Improper injection in a blood vessel could cause the nose skin to die. To know if non-surgical nose injection is right for you, consult with an experienced plastic surgeon. Like any plastic surgery, do not let cost drive your decision.

Reshaping the Nose Without Surgical Intervention
Nose job without surgery would be any recontouring or reshaping of the nose that did not require an incision. Most patients who want a rhinoplasty have a hump on the top of their nose and possibly a tip that they do not like.

Don’t expect too much from nose job without surgery, it is nothing more than a little smoke and mirrors. It is inaccurate to call it a nose job, in the real sense, rather it is nonsurgical nasal augmentation with an injectable filler. The applications are limited to a few circumstances when filling in the nasal root region results in a better profile by making it level with a preexisting dorsal hump.
Rhinoplasty surgeons have been treating subtle contour deformities for a long time with small volumes of filler. If done carefully and in small volumes the results can be pleasing. I would caution about large volume injections which can lead to infections, inflammation, and skin compromise as well as new contour abnormalities of their own. Do your research. (Arthur N. A non surgical rhinoplasty is a procedure that uses fillers to correct certain deformities of the nose. Many of these deformities are from previous nose jobs.

Nose job without surgery refers to a procedure where fillers are used to alter the shape of the nose without any surgery. Essentially a filler is used to FILL areas of depression and give the nose a new shape. Now the key is to understand its limits and what its ideal for.
First of all you NEVER want to inject anything into your nose that is not an absorbable filler, such Restylane and Juvaderm. I prefer the Restylane as it is a bit thinner and smoother in my hands. Next you have to make sure whoever injects you knows what they are doing.
Shouldn’t just be some random person who does lips and things. They need to understand nasal anatomy. Finally filler is only used to ADD not remove from the nose so if your nose is too big or full then filler is not going to help. Places where it is very useful is to build a bridge in individuals with weak profiles and correct depressions or irregularities which occur many times following a surgical nose job.

Patients with certain anatomical/structural features may benefit from a quick procedure where an injectable filler is used to add volume and change the contour of the nose.
This can be helpful at the very top of the nose, along the side of the nose (to improve symmetry) and in a more limited way in the tip of the nose.

What is a Non Surgical Nose Job
The nose can be improved using the fillers but the results will not be permanent and this does not also eliminate all of the imperfections. An optimal outcome can only obtained through a rhinoplasty. If that is not possible, there is nothing wrong with getting some improvement with the fillers after understanding the potential risk.

A rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure. A non surgical nose reshaping procedure can correct issues with the height of the nasal dorsum and minor irregularities of the nasal tip. If cost is your concern fillers or botox are not the way to go as on the ong rub (3-4 years) they will equal the price of a formal rhinoplasty, so stay away from them of finances are of concern. Undergoing surgery to reshape the nose can make people very nervous. Sometimes, no matter how much the surgeon tries to put patients at ease, they just may not be ready for surgery. In these cases, a non surgical rhinoplasty can be very beneficial. An injectable substance like Juvederm, Radiesse, or Silicone is used to smooth out irregularities and fill defects. For example if there is a bump on the bridge, the filler can be placed above and below the bump to make it look smooth. As a facial plastic surgeon who performs both surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasties, it is definitely an option but not everyone is a candidate. In general, a nonsurgical option is available if the nose needs to be made larger, taller, or needs to fix a depression or mild asymmetry.

A non-surgical rhinoplasty is a technique wherein a dermal filler (Juvederm, Restylane, or similar) is injected into a deficient area of the nose.
It is generally injected into the radix, dorsum, tip, or irregular area either primarily, or secondarily (after a previous surgery).

With the addition of dermal fillers in plastic surgery, it has been noted that they can be used in the nose to reshape/refine some areas.
This is most applicable if someone has a depression on their nose and needs to be augmented to conceal this area.
However, there are a few points of caution when considering this. This should only be performed by an experienced injector because if it is placed in the wrong level or compresses a blood vessel, it can cause death to the overlying skin causing a permanent deformity.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
While not for every patient, there are corrections that can be made to the nose by the injection of dermal fillers, such as Restylane®, Juvéderm® or Radiesse®, three very well known products that have been used for years as wrinkle treatments. While these injectables can make changes in the nasal structure, it’s wise to remember that, because dermal fillers are temporary, the results are temporary as well.
This can be a benefit for some, as it can show a patient the potential effects of a surgical rhinoplasty “in advance” of paying for one. In other words, if the corrections make my patient happy, and I can duplicate those changes in my Boca Raton plastic surgery operating room, my patient will have the confidence to invest in his or her results.
The most important thing in any procedure, however, whether it’s surgical or non-surgical is to have a private consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, and to review his or her before/after photos. What is a Non Surgical Nose Job

This typically refers to the use of fillers to camouflage irregularities of the nose. It is important to know that the safety of this use of fillers has not been established by the FDA, and therefore is considered ‘off-label.’ (For this reason, I don’t personally perform this procedure).

What is a non surgical nosejob , liquid rhinoplasty?
This is a rhinoplasty or nosejob performed with the use of fillers. This is not possible for all types of noses and has inherent risks. A liquid nosejob or liquid rhinoplasty is performed with fillers used to camouflage humps, asymmetries, clefts, or to augment / increase the height of a radix.
The risks are low if performed correctly but if overdone or injected in the wrong space can result in serious consequences. All this means, is go to a specialist and realize that this type of rhinoplasty has its limits. With regard to length of duration, this depends on the body’s resorption and the type of filler used.
