Thank you for your question. It is atypical to have the pain you are describing this far out from your surgery. Swelling after liposuction can persist for months, compression garments are great for this. I recommend reaching out to your board certified plastic surgeon to address your concerns. Thank you for your question. All noses have some minor asymmetries. After surgery, with swelling and expected post operative changes, any asymmetries can be exacerbated. Your nose will take 3-6 months to settle and the swelling can take up to 1.5 to 2 years to fully resolve. The fillers absorb water and therefore you can see the filler if placed superficially in an area with thin skin, like the lower eyelid.
