At one year out with no evidence of recurrence your chances of a recurrence are extremely low . This is an extremely large implant in what appears by your measurements to be already large breasts. I have been in practice for 25 years and implants of this size can carry long term issues such as symmastia ( from pulling away the insertions of the pec muscles due to the weight of the implants) and also pain. The surgery is carried out above the lymph nodes that drain your lower extremities so it is very unlikely the tummy tuck contributed to the situation since it leaves that drainage system intact. It is possible that there are are other issues that need to be evaluated such as lipidema, lymphedema, and so forth. I would see a board certified plastic surgeon and an internist and be evaluated, especially if the swelling includes your ankles and feet.

Lipo-abdominoplasty pioneered by Dr. Saldanha from Brazil has made the combination of the two not only possible but also has made TT safer. So, in all cases where both are indicated we combine the two anyway. The muscle repair is not as important as once thought so if you abdominal muscles are in good shape with minimal diastasis then your recovery is much faster without muscle repair. All the best.

While I cannot assure you that you had vaser lipo I can say that this degree of bruising is not typical of vaser lipo. While you are more bruised than usual that does not mean you did not have vaser either as it is possible to bruise from vaser, especially if tumescent solution infiltration is not very extensive.
