2 months after BA. Is this considered an infection? Looking to get a second opinion

That appears to be a local suture reaction. Over th next few days or weeks it may "spit" out (come to the surface and be visible). If so you can trim it or it may just pull out with light pressure. I would apply antibiotic ointment to the area for two weeks.

11 days post op. Will my breasts get more volume at the bottom? Or will they stay this shape?

Your result looks excellent for this stage of healing. They can take 6 months to see the final result. The lower pole should open up some over that time. Size is always a question of personal preference. They appear to be a good size for your figure.

Thank you for your question. It is actually a common concern from patients. Although you are 8 weeks post surgery, that is still considered very early in the healing process for a breast augmentation. It is not uncommon for there to still be swelling (one breast may have healed faster causing asymmetry) and both implants may not have "settled" into their final position for 4-6 months. The overhang of your tissue on the upper portion on your belly button could be caused by excess fat and/or by excess skin or poor skin tone. If it is due to excess fat, losing weight or liposuction or a less invasive procedure like Sculpsure could get you the result you desire.
