If the breast reduction is done with centrally projection technique, it may not be necessary to insert an implant at the same time. Nonetheless, yes an implant with breast reduction is a safe and commonly done technique

I would not advise you do that., The mouth carries a number of different pathogens which may affeft the breast site and either cause an overt infection or lead to capsule formation later. Best to wait a bit longer and space out these operations.

IT is possible this may be fluid collection or more than normal post-op edema. Wearing a garment will help compress and tighten the tissue. It would be best to consult with your plastic surgeon to determine if fluid ( seroma) plays a role in this result.....l.

CHin augmentation can be accomplished with either genioplasty with an implant, bone advancement or injection. IF the cephalometrics support genioplasty, chin osteotomy can be done with the advancement advised with anchoring with plates and screws specfically designed for this degree of advancement. The consultation advice provided seems reasonable based on the images provided

Healing aftrea rhinoplasty vasries on the surgical technique and on the patients healing potential. It woulod be improtant to know if grafts, known as spreader grafts, were used in your case; and if the septum was reconstructed. Many causes of psot op breathing difficulties are in play, including but not limited to, surgical technique, valve disturbances and turbinate enlargement
2 weeks post op breast reduction, still have some blood coming through. Is that normal?

Solight bleeding following breast reduction is not uncommon. This typically stops after several days, depending on whether drains were used. IT is best to contact your plastic surgeon and be evaluated at the earliest convenience
