If your current plastic surgeon is not comfortable with the procedure it is possible another in your area will be. Always ensure he/she is board certified and that you understand the risks that come with undergoing the surgery. Blood cell count should not be a problem but all of the anesthesia drugs and all of the narcotic pain medicine should be cleared out of your system before donating blood.
