once all swelling resolved and incision line healed a review of result will be needed

I did both my daughters noses and did so under general anesthesia - this protects the airway
no matter how meticulous the surgery blood always drips back into the throat - the safest way is to protect the airway and allow the surgeon to work without worry

I have been using computer imaging since 1996 and find it a very valuable tool in the rhinoplasty consultation
it can be interactive in learning what a patient desires vs what can be done

Imaging ok but you need facial balancing
your chin is small and not in balance with rest of face
i use fat grafting to augment chin and bring balance to face
if this is done the nose will look good
the simulation should have included this
