You should not be having any problems after all this time from a facelift. You need to return to your doctor and, if not satisfied with the response, seek another opinion. Sometimes we get too close to a problem in order to understand. This is not the fault of the doctor, it is just sometimes human nature.

From your pictures you look very good. A facelift done with muscle tightening lifts the face and neck as a unit. From your picture you might be better served by using fillers or even an Instalift. The best procedure is always the least that can be done so what is bothering you stops bothering you.

The reason to have a breast reduction is because your breasts are a problem for you and you want that problem to go away. I do a lot of breast reductions and these are some of the happiest patients. The procedure is done under anesthesia as an outpatient. There is usually very little pain after the procedure. It is best to get a consultation in order to get a good opinion. The pictures demonstrate a very strange placement of the scar. It is true that sometimes all the skin cannot be removed above the scar. With a low placement of the incision and not enough skin to bring down everything between the umbilicus and the incision, there is sometimes a small scar where the umbilicus has been moved. that is much better than what is shown in the picture. I don't think anyone would be pleased with the result demonstrated.

I invented external ultrasound assisted liposuction. Until I discovered Hydrasolve I did not think there was a better way to do liposuction. The results with Hydrasolve have been amazing. Not only is fat removed very gently, but also the fat can be transferred to other parts of the body. The device uses the same technology as is used when a cataract is removed from the eye.

Botox certainly works for underarm sweating however it only lasts for a few months and needs to be repeated. MiraDry has been very effective and most people only require one treatment. It not only helps sweating but also helps with odor. The effects last for years and there is very little down time.

MiraDry has been a very successful treatment for underarm sweating and odor. The device is only FDA approved for this area. Probably Botox would be helpful for sweaty feet although it would probably be really uncomfortable. You might need a conscious sedation to have that treatment. I would try one foot first to see if that helps enough.

From your picture you certainly do not need a breast lift. The only reason to do a breast lift would be if the nipples are below the inframammary crease or if there is a lot of hanging of the breast tissue. Just a breast augmentation with implants should solve your problem.

Skin regenerates from the hair follicles, sweat glands, and sweat glands within the dermis. Any dermabrasion that goes deep removes a portion of the dermis. The dermis is the part of the skin that regulates body temperature, has sensory nerves, and protects the deeper structures. There are other methods of addressing scars such as DermaPen. This type of treatment does not remove any of the skin, but can actually increase the collagen content and help repair scars.

An open rhinoplasty can cause a lot more swelling for a longer period of time than a close rhinoplasty. You should wait at least 6 months and maybe even 12 months before considering a revision. It looks like the the top is a little wide. This could also be due to swelling. Being able to breath properly is essential after a rhinoplasty.

The use of a chin implant can be very helpful in restoring facial balance. If the bite is really off, orthographic surgery when the actual bones are moved is much more effective. I use a GoreTex covered implant. The implant can be placed from within the mouth or under the chin.

Doing micro fat transfer at the time of facelift really helps the final result. It is much better to restore volume than to try to simply tighten the skin or support the muscles. You are a very good candidate for these procedures.

Your best course would be to go back to the doctor and explain your problem. One test is an iodine test that shows where the sweat is coming from. You should be able to tell the difference on your different arms. If there is a big difference perhaps the procedure needs to be repeated.
