From the photo you provided, I can't really see what you are unhappy with.  Nevertheless, photos can be deceiving.I'd say go ahead and have hyaluronidase injected to dissolve it.  I think you will find there is actually not much product left eleven months later, so it will not makes things appreciably worse.Best of luck.

Unless your photos are reversed, I think your left ear actually looks better and more natural than the right ear.In any case, neither ear protrudes unnaturally on front view.  In addition, it is rare that anyone looks at both ears simultaneously.  For these reasons, I would not advise revision surgery.  Your tendency to form keloids is another reason to leave things as they are.

Your nose shape can be changed by polyps, but in my experience it occurs only when the polyps are quite sizable.I'd recommend a consult with an otolaryngologist / facial plastic surgeon to see if one or both issues can be addressed.

Your surgeon is the one to call, and when you do, be very specific about exactly what has transpired.Do not go to the ER unless you have heavy bleeding AND are unable to reach your surgeon.  He or she has a commitment to you to care for any and every issue related to your surgery.  Speaking as a rhinoplasty surgeon, I want to hear from my patient with ANY question or concern in the immediate post operative period.Wishing you the best for a successful recovery.

If it is a simple tear that resulted in a cleft earlobe, there will usually be minimal change. Radiesse is an excellent choice for cheek augmentation, and you should be pleased with your result. However, bruising is possible for up to 24 hours after injection. Keep up with the cold compresses, which I'm sure were recommended, and you can also apply Arnica gel several times a day to the area. An ounce of prevention is often very helpful!
