Im experiencing white bumps after my laser treatment
Apr 12, 2018
In my experience laser hair reduction takes a minimum of 6 treatments before you will see significant results. These treatments are suggested to be scheduled 4-6 weeks apart, which is crucial to the outcome. The reaction that your skin is having to the treatment is most likely folliculitis, which is an inflammation of the follicle. With time this reaction will subside. It is important to not aggravate the areas as you might spread bacteria.

Removing unwanted facial hair
Feb 21, 2018
In my experience, Laser Hair Reduction is a great treatment for unwanted facial hair. The treatments are done in a series, with optimal results on dark, coarse hair. If the hair is light, white or gray the treatment will not be effective.
There are 6 to 7 white hairs in my beard. Can this be removed with any technique?
Is IPL Effective on Light Colored Hair
Jan 31, 2018
IPL is attracted to pigment, like that of darker hair found on the face, arms legs and other areas. Blonde, white and gray hair doesn't have enough pigment to attract the light or heat of the laser. This makes traditional laser hair removal on lighter colored hair unreliable.

MonaLisa Touch: How Many Treatments Do I Need?
Jan 12, 2018
The MonaLisa Touch™ treatment protocol is for three treatments, spaced six weeks apart. While many women experience benefits/relief from their initial treatment, for optimal results and longevity, the full three treatments are recommended. From there, in my experience, most women only need to return once annually for a single maintenance treatment.
What is the MonaLisa Touch treatment and how does it work?

MonaLisa Touch™ is appropriate for any female suffering from issues from a decline in estrogen, (vaginal dryness, burning and itching; painful intercourse and urinary symptoms) as well as those who are experiencing symptoms as a result of a hysterectomy or breast cancer treatments, for...
Are photofacials bad for melasma?
Can Photofacials treat Melasma
Jan 12, 2018
If you have been diagnosed with Melasma, Photofacials are not a proper treatment for this condition. Photofacials can often make the condition worse. There are several other treatments for Melasma such as topical creams and chemical peels. In my experience it is best to consult with a physician on what treatment is best suited for you.
For laser hair removal, how strict are the time gaps between appointments?
Time between Laser Hair Removal treatments
Jan 11, 2018
In my experience, I've found that it is beneficial to stick to the suggested time frames for treatments as indicated by your provider. That being said, different areas of the body may require different time frames for treatment (i.e. underarms and lower legs usually range from 4-8 weeks). The type of laser may also affect the necessary time frames. The key to a good treatment is not letting the three stages of the hair growth cycle lapse too many times. If this...
