Good question! I’d leave it entirely alone for two weeks and if it remains raised, have a doctor examine it. From the photo, it looks like it is a simple mole. Don’t pick at it as that will aggravate it and confuse the picture.

Hi Karl, Good question. The answer is “somewhat”. The under eye can be filled which can narrow the eyes from the bottom. But the upper lid cannot be filled. To see what the look would be, push the tear trough upward with your fingertips. There are ways to lower the brow with Botox to try to achieve a lowering, but I’m not a fan as they tend to make a person look tired and can impair your vision.

Hi Simone, PDO threads are excellent for patients like yourself. Thanks for posting your pictures. Your jowl area isn’t too heavy, meaning the jaw line is well defined. Yet you have some mid face volume loss. Threads would lift the area back to where it belongs. You have to redo them about every 1 1/2 years.
