The jawline/masseter and DAO areas are separate muscle groups and perform separate functions on the face. They can certainly be treated with Botox on the same day without any problems. I have treated the masseter and other areas on the face in one sitting without any problems in the past. Botox is an excellent product to treat both areas.

It is not unusual to have some visible lumpiness under the eyes after filler is used in the area due to the thinness of the suborbital skin. Usually, this resolves within several weeks but you should contact your injector if it does not resolve in that timeframe. If the lumpiness persists as a concern, an enzyme injection can dissolve the residual unsightly filler although this is not commonly necessary.
