A 3500 Graft transplant is an achievable treatment in one day if the practice has a skilled physician and skilled technicians to do so. Very few practices will do this large of a transplant in one day due to this. Hair transplant will not cure baldness, it only works to restore lost hair.  You will continue to lose more hair.  It is important that you begin a medical therapy such as Minoxidil, Finasteride, Low Level Laser Therapy or PRP to ensure that you stop the progression of hair loss.

The minoxidil is not having any effect on the grafts, you are likely simply seeing changes in the native hair.  If the drug is easy for you to use and you feel like its working, then I would continue with it.

I recommend patient follow post operative care very carefully.  It sounds like you are doing what is advised and since there wasn’t any bleeding all your grafts are likely secure.
