Your bulging nasal tip can be corrected with trimming the tip cartilages and the crookedness can be corrected by separating the two upper lateral cartilages from the septum then correcting the crookedness of the septum with a Submucous Resection and placing a spreader graft if needed and that will correct your crookedness of your nasal bridge.
