I really think you should leave it alone and let it self eliminate. The hyluronidase can adversely affect adjacent tissue.

This is normal. swelling usually sets in after 2 to 3 days. you need to let the swelling settle and see if the vision improves. Most self eliminate on their own.

It should be noted that our faces are not exactly symmetrical. therefore it is essential not to operate pre maturely. These differences at your age is also skeletal and other soft tissue differences and treatment with just eyebrows may not be the best option.

I think looking at the position of your eyebrows, brow lift would be step one. This will open the upper portion of your eyelids. Subsequently combining this with blepharoplasty will give you the best result. For your lower eyelids, using fillers to just reduce your tear trough would work best.

Botox can last on average between 3 to 6 months. Important to find out whether the Botox was mixed on the day of injection. Many practitioners will mix the Botox and leave the left over for another day and that would give less effective Botox. The molecule starts degradation soon as it is mixed and should be used on the day of mix to give maximum effect. Ask questions.

On average the Botox will start effect after one week but may last up to 4 months. most of the function will be back. Most likely the injection was too close to the facial nerve which helps move the upper eyelid. Good news is that it will be reversible.

That is a great question. It depends on patient’s case. Liposuction and Thermal could be an effective treatment with moderate improvement. This is the least invasive procedure and least down time. The second is standard facelift and neck lift which also includes liposuction to help improve the appearance of the jowls.

Thank you for your question. looking at your lips I think you do not need the lift. simple fillers can be used to nicely augment your lips. In regards to your nose, there is minimal views to really give you a proper feed back. I think that again surgical rhinoplasty may be too much and just adjustments with fillers may be all that is necessary. Good luck :)))
