Thanks for your question and photos. Your right fillers would be great for this to correct it. You can try to treat at home as you mentioned with microneedling and retin-A products to exfoliate and build up collagen.  Takes oral omega 3 fatty acids and collagen, also. It will takes 6-12 months if you are consistent. Stop smiling to the same extent can also lessen the wrinkle line. Good luck.

Thanks for your question and photos. Insurance will cover your septoplasty and turbinate reduction to improve your breathing.  However, I doubt they cover the hump removal and possibly tip surgery. Costs can run from your insurance copays PLUS an additional fees for surgeon, anesthesia and facility.  The total of these fees can be on a low end of $5,000 to $10,000 depending on your area. Thanks for your question. Yes, you can receive fillers while on Humara. Proper sterile techniques must be used otherwise it can be a greater risk of infection.  Taking the Humara, weakens your immune system and can make you more susceptible to infections.  Some doctors may even prescribe you antibiotics to prevent an infection.  It would be best to check with your Rheumatologist beforehand. Thanks for your question.  Both are fillers, but very different.  They can be combined.  Radiesse is an actuall filler material that will immediately lift tissues and give a 3D effect.  Sculptra is an injectable "biomodulator" meaning it does not fill immediately but stimulates your skin and soft tissues collagen to increase and then lift the tissues, it can take weeks to see an improvement.  Your provider should be able to instruct and give recommentations. Thanks for your question and photo!  It appears that the upper eyelid crease is much higher on the left side compared to the right. This can be due to upper eyelid ptosis.  This is a condition where the fibers of attachment from eyelid moving muscles to the cartilage of the eyelid begin to lengthen and the crease becomes "higher."  The eyelid eventually can block vision.  This can be a complication of botox like material around the eye.  This can also occur from previous trauma or age.  Pl...

Thanks for your question and spontaneous photo!  Likely if the bulge does not improve after complete paralysis of the brow muscles then it represents loss of tissue volume.  A filler will help on both side of the bulge to "hide" it and smooth out the brow area.  Please follow up with your injector for filler.  Best!

Thanks for your question.   All accredited hospitals and In-office surgical suites meet the same criteria for safety.   Only the healthiest patients should be done in the office.   Office based surgery centers tend to be less expensive for patients, too.  Regardless, you have to have trust in your surgeon and the facility.   Good luck!!

Thanks for your question and photo.  Based on our photos, it does not appear that ptosis surgery would be beneficial.  Have your tried botox yet??? Botox can lessen crowsfeet and squinting activity and provide a browlift that may open your eyes and make you look more youthful.  Best!

Thanks for your question and photos. Your brow have fallen, mostly at the corners and you do have excess upper eyelid tissue. A lateral browlift and upper blepharoplasty will help greatly. I could not appreciate from the photos if a rhinoplasty is indicated but neck liposuction may help some, too. Thanks for your question. Yes the hyaluronidase will dissolve the filler if it was a hyaluronic acid type of filler. It will correct your problem IF it is due to the filler.
