You have what is called a tension septum where the lower part of your septum is a little over-developed, pushing your tip down and giving the appearance of a bump. This also tends to make the tip look overly rounded and shows up mostly on the profile view. Small changes involving some tip refinement, nostril narrowing, and correction of a slight hanging columella can add up to a very meaningful change. These are all achievable goals.
