Your nose can indeed be shortened. It is over projected and the lateral crus of the tip cartilages are misshapened. you also have a wide nasal base and thick skin in the ala, the sidewall of the nostril. Your nose can absolutely be refined. From the photos that you provided it appears to be long, wide, crooked and lacking in definition. The nose can be counter rotated(lengthened), narrowed, refined and the base narrowed with a rhinoplasty. It will more than likely require cartilage grafting to increase the structural support of the nose and overcome the thick skin and the forces that the skin generates. The asymmetry of the nostrils will also require cartilage grafting and probable asymmetric alar base reduction.

No. I do not believe that you could achieve what you want with further reduction. to see any appreciable improvement in your nasal contour you could leave the tip alone but the dorsum needs to be augmented to narrow it and make the nasal contour look better. It is difficult to get the skin to shrink to a smaller skeleton especially in thick skinned patients. Sorry to be the barer of bad news.

The image your doctor did is realistic, natural and demonstrates good facial proportions and nasal facial relationships. He kept it real and not surgical in appearance. I like it. You should consider a chin implant to further improve facial proportions and eliminate the need to over reduce the nose.As a word of caution don't put too much weight on the imaging. No, thick skin that can be overcome during a rhinoplasty.  It is overcome with maneuvers that reduce the amount of subcutaneous fat and maneuvers that strengthen the nasal cartilaginous structure.  The appearance of the nose can be dramatically refined however it is much more difficult to reduce the size of a nose  in a patient with thick skin.   When the features of the nose are more defined and in better proportion the nose will  appear smaller  while actually being the same size.  This is...

You do not need to work on the bridge of the nose when doing a rhinoplasty. You only work on what is a concern if that is the only place that is disproportionate.  So you can narrow the tip and base of the nose and refine the tip to fit the bridge. Don't waste your money on fillers. They will be able to raise the dorsum of your nose a little but will have absolutely no impact on the alar base and nostrils.
