Six weeks after surgery is very early in your recovery period.  You are likely experiencing the usual swelling after surgery so kenalog may not be necessary.  However, I would recommend that you follow up with your surgeon who can decide what might be best for you. Good luck~

Some surgeons like using the digital computer image programs while others don't.  It is true that these programs don't consider certain factors but it is nice to always visualize what the nose may look like.  I do not think not using such a program is a red flag because in the end, the image is not necessarily how your nose will look like after surgery.  The more important thing is whether you and the surgeon can communicate well and have an agreeable plan.

Generally, the transposed fat will stay as is where it was repositioned.  Either dissolvable sutures or permanent sutures (removed after 5-7 days) can be used to position the orbital fat appropriately.  This area will heal as positioned.  If not fixated or positioned well, the fat can go back to where it came from but this will occur usually early on (first week of surgery). 
Do I have an inverted v deformity? Is there a less intrusive way to fix this?

Looking at the before and after pictures, it seems that you may be developing an inverted-v deformity.  The most common way to repair this is to undergo rhinoplasty with spreader grafts to build the middle vault area.  I would recommend that you have a consultation where a complete examination can be done to diagnose and discuss appropriate treatment.  Good luck!

It is unclear from the images whether you have rhinophyma or a wide tip.  If it is rhinophyma, the abnormal rhinophyma tissue can be excised to "sculpt" a normal shaped nose.  [You can check some before and after rhinophyma pictures on my website; sunnyparkmd.com] I would recommend you get a consultation to see whether you have rhinophyma and/or wide tip.  Good luck~

Redness and bruising can occur after filler injections.  However, especially without a picture, it is difficult to assess or comment on your situation.  I would recommend that you follow up with your injector and discuss your concerns.

Yes, it is safe to take Xanax.  Xanax can help you be more relaxed and calm when you are undergoing filler injections.  However, you will need a driver after you take Xanax.

Having a stable weight is recommended prior to a facelift and/or necklift.  If your weight changes significantly after having the surgery done, your final results may not be optimal.

Trying non-surgical options is not a bad idea as it does not close any doors for surgical options later and Botox only lasts 3-4 months.  Botox can temporarily lift the lateral eyebrow area along with the hooded area if done correctly.  If for whatever reason you do not like it, you can let it wear off and no permanent changes are made in the end.  You can always consider a blepharoplasty too if you change your mind later.

Lower blepharoplasty can mean different things but usually it comprises of any combination of the following: skin excision, tissue lifting, fat removal and/or fat transposition.  And what you may need in the end depends on your anatomy.  Depending on whether you have fat protruding out, you may or may not need fat removal or fat transposition.  Fat transposition is usually helpful when you have some fat protrusion with tear trough formation.

It takes 1-2 weeks to see the effects of Botox.  I would recommend waiting until 2 weeks to see the final results.  Following up with your injector will be good to discuss any concerns you might have.

You can certainly use both Restylane and Juvederm.  They are both hyaluronic acid fillers so it is safe to use both.  You can discuss with your injector and see which filler is best for you.

There may be some swelling but it may continue to go down a bit for the following several days.  Some times it takes a bit more time for the filler to settle so waiting a few more days may just resolve the issue.  Otherwise, follow up with your injector and discuss your concerns.

You shouldn't have any more swelling because of the restylane.  You can expect to get swelling from the injury itself.  Applying ice can reduce the amount of swelling and bruising from the injury.
