Thank you for your question. It is hard to tell if you would be a good candidate for a Rhinoplasty without looking at your nose in person. I would suggest going to see a board-certified facial plastic and ENT surgeon in your area to get a recommendation as well as pricing because very case is different.

order to correctly straighten the nose a rhinoplasty would need to be performed.
Although fillers could be added to your nose in order to give a more symmetrical

This is a time of healing so you must be patient with the swelling. Sleeping with your head elevated, as well as frequent icing can help lessen the swelling. Good luck!

Hello and thank you for your question. Swelling is very common and normal following a rhinoplasty, especially only three days post-op. It is important to continue all your surgeon’s post operative instructions and the swelling should subside.
