It is very early in the healing process. Your implants need more time to settle…skin relaxing to accommodate the new beast volume and for the old fold under your breast to stretch. You do not have a double bubble, you are seeing the old fold where you had more breast tissue and skin before surgery on this side. Photos of you may be helpful to answer your question more accurately. However, based on your description alone, an expansion of the lower part of your breast tissue may help give you a nicer result with less chance of a double bubble. This may be achieved by using an anatomic shaped implant (gummy bear or Allergan style 410) which will stretch the lower pole where your original fold needs expansion the most. Discuss this with your surgeon.

Pre and post op photos along with a photo of the animation deformity will help to provide an accurate answer. However, a change to sub glandular position is not the best option. A change to the sub fascial position could solve most of your issues if is done by an experienced surgeon and still provide a barrier between the implant and your breast tissue to lower the chance of capsule contracture. Ask to see examples of your surgeon’s patients who have been treated this way.

It is very normal to have numbness like you describe this early after surgery. Numbness or even overly sensitive nipples can be caused by stretching or bruising the nerves during surgery (quite common). Be patient as these sensations usually go away after several months as things heal.
