Thanks for posting.Although its never possible to look exactly like the picture you sent, rhinoplasty surgery can get you closer. I prefer using your own cartilage over an implant as this provides the most natural and longest lasting results. There are many techniques to ‘elongate’ and reshape your nose. Best to speak to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Thanks for the question. You should wait at least 1 year from your prior rhinoplasty to get a revision. This ensures that the swelling is largely gone and enough healing has taken place to allow for a safer surgery. With regards to doing them simultaneously – yes it can be done. But for me personally I would like to stage them as revision rhinoplasty is a very intensive and detailed surgery. Most certainly it can improve the look of your nose. It really depends on what look you are trying to achieve. Although nonsurgical rhinoplasty with fillers can dramatically change the look of a nose, it is not surgery and will not do everything that a rhinoplasty can do.
