It is important to understand that dimensions of the nose have to be proportionate with each other. It means that if we were to reduce the bump of your nose, then we would have to shorten the length of the nose and possibly even the width of your nose. To be more specific or to create a proper surgical plan for your Rhinoplasty, I would have to see your pictures and be able to do an examination in person.
