Post traumatic rhinoplasty

A post traumatic rhinoplasty could be done as a closed procedure, could address the hump in the nose, and straight out any significant bends. A septoplasty would address bends in the middle divider in your nose. Depending on your needs/goals, there are procedures that can correct this.
What procedures would make my profile more balanced and attractive?
Non-surgical rhinoplasty/chin implant VS. Surgical rhinoplasty/genioplasty

From the limited photo views you could undergo a non-surgical rhinoplasty with a small amount of filler, in the first instance to correct you nose. At a later date, or if you wanted that permanent, I would recommend a rhinoplasty. Chin implants could solve an underprojected. Should these need to be removed in the future however, it could lead to a droopy and sagging chin. A genioplasty is permanent and not have complications of an implant. Depending on the changes mentioned, you could have…

The appearance of your nose may be in keeping with the natural variations and characteristics of different types of noses seen in different ethnic groups. The appearance is that of a south asian nose; characterised by dorsal hump, soft nasal cartilages and thicker skin. These lead to a ptotic or droopy nasal tip that shows more columella and nostrils from the side. The projection of the tips tends to be forwards and down rather than forwards and up. Caucasian noses have different…

There are some cosmetic surgeons using retinoids such as low dose isotretinoin or topical Tretinoin, to manage this and oil skin after rhinoplasty. This drug has to be medical prescribed and has some very significant adverse effects including birth defects and psychiatric disorders. It is also used in acne treatment. It needs close medical supervision if used.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty can help soften certain features and provide more support of tissues to achieve changes you may want. Your photo is not absolutely side on and it would be helpful to know more about what makes you feel your nose is pointy.
Nose skin, thick or thin?
Thin and thick skin

It is not so easy to tell from your photos the quality of the skin ok your nose. Also I assume you wish to know if your case for a rhinoplasty procedure is complex.
Often ones ethnicity determines skin thickness, with Caucasian or Northern Europeans and females with thinner skin, and South Asian/African and males with thicker skin. With thicker skin the change in a rhinoplasty may show up less, and may need more tissue removal but more structural support. Where as thin skin shows underlying…

Fixable nose deformity

Your nose is very likely correctable but we would need to ensure the problem is. Or more complex. A deviated septum will cause symptoms of blockage and can affect sinusitis and cause snoring. If the septal cartilage is weak there may be weak tip support to your nose hence it appears to widen and flatten. Your photos are limited in use but suggest you have lost columella support. You could probably benefit from an rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting.

From your photos and symptoms you are experiencing nasal obstruction and likely reduced airflow. In addition is the appear of the nose. The bleeding may be related to other internal nose problems such as a perforation, also giving rise to whistling. A rhinoplasty is certainly needed to correct the deviated bones and septum. If there is a perforation however, this might be more difficult to manage.
