Is it possible to make eyebrows an even height with Botox?

Botox injected into the lateral aspect of the lower brow may create a slight brow lift by blocking the depressor muscle and allowing the elevator to function unopposed. I have had good success with this technique. A more permanent solution may be to consider a brow lift surgical procedure.
