Based on your limited photos- you appear to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty (can be performed through a closed technique). It’s a very challenging procedure that must be performed by a very skilled, experienced and talented Rhinoplasty Surgeon. Yes, it is not cheap but in the right hands – def worth the investment .

In my opinion, the most dependable and reliable credentials are possessed by American Board Certified Plastic Surgeons who specialize in Rhinoplasty both Primary and Revision . There are only a limited number of these qualified individuals in the World- most of them are in the US. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS in the US -preferably specializes in closed technique. Safety and a good result are worth the investment

Based on photos- you appear to be a good candidate for Reduction rhinoplasty- performed through closed technique ( no scar across columella). Keep in mind Rhinoplasty is a very challenging procedure and must be performed by a very experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon with a wide gallery of before and after photos to demonstrate the style of Surgeon’s work. In the right hands you can expect a smaller nose that fits great with the rest of your features.
