This patient had a unilateral mastectomy and chose an expander to implant route for her reconstruction. Dr. Davison chose pre-pectoral implant placement using her IMF incision for the final result. This patient chose SRLP Inspira 220cc implants with fat grafting to give more fullness to her upper poles.
