Thank you very much for posting your pictures. They are good quality and explain well what are your concerns.
I believe that you are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty to make the tip of your nose slimmer and possibly the whole nose 1-2mm shorter if you wish. I believe your bridge might also need some reduction at the same time.
I found that simulations are very helpful for both patients and myself to understand each other better and achieve the desired cosmetic outcome.

Very interesting case: this confirmation is more often the consequence of previous surgery. It would be interesting to confirm that please.
The treatment is based on open rhinoplasty, reshaping the cartilages of the tip and support the nostril rim with cartilage grafts – in order to lower the edge and see less inside your nostrils.
I would suggest to visit more than one specialist and make sure you see can verify their before&after portfolio.
