It is nearly always suggested that the pocket be changed during a correction of a capsular contraction. Placing Strattice at the time would also significantly reduce your chance of recurrent capsular contracture. I would not recommend re-using your saline implants as their longevity is nearing the end. Also consider going with gel implants as you will probably find them to be softer and more natural feeling.

Time will tell as to whether you have a leak in your saline implants. Over the next several days to weeks, you will be able to determine if the implant is ruptured. If you notice progressive loss of volume, you should return to your plastic surgeon for evaluation. Most implant manufacturers warranty their implants, so they may replace the implant at no charge.

It takes at least 2-3 months for the implants to completely settle so I recommend giving things more time. Certainly your asymmetry is improved from pre op and you will just have to see if more volume is needed in your right breast.
