Hello,
Thanks for your question. It seems as if you have too much downward force pushing your columella down and to the side. This causes the tip to twist. The nostrils then sit unevenly as a result. I don’t know how asymmetric your nose was to start with, but your current anatomy would need to be altered to better center your tip structures and improve symmetry. Besides myself, there are 2-3 other revision rhinoplasty specialists in Denver that have a good chance of fixing this for you.

Hello,Thanks for your question. In your imaging you show a large reduction in size. While it may be possible, it may be high risk for breathing obstruction. I would recommend a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist to have an in-person exam and function evaluation to make sure that a reduction that large won't cause other complications.Good luck,Dr. Shah

Hello,Thanks for your question. Filler may be a good choice for you. It does make your nose bigger, but when it corrects asymmetries, etc. most patients don't mind the slight size increase. For you it can be used to visually straighten the bridge, soften the curved appearance on profile view, and make it look like the tip lifts a bit. So it makes sense to consider a reduction rhinoplasty with tip inset and an appropriate chin bone shave to decrease projection. Hello,Thanks for your question. It sounds like you've been on quite the journey. Unfortunately, there is no non-surgical way to achieve your goals. You could try to hide the residual hump with filler and you could try to create a "tip flip" effect with filler, but this is a temporary fix. Looking at your nose, it is clear that your surgeon left you under-rotated and long.
