Hello,The amount of time for this procedure depends on the time to: do liposuction on the front and back of the trunk, to process and inject the fat into the buttocks, and then to do the skin removal (tummy tuck) on the front side again. Therefore it's surgery in multiple areas, and two position changes. Usually this takes around 4 hours or so, but of course this depends on the size of the patient, their body type and the processes of the surgeon.Best regards to you.

Sorry, it's not possible or safe to consider using someone else's fat for a fat grafting procedure. Apart from the risk of getting an infection from another individual, a person's body would reject the tissue and it would all disappear.Good luck!

I agree with the other opinions that you are very likely to do well with just a breast augmentation. One thing that would be a wise additional step is to print photographs of individuals who have a similar frame and have breasts that are near your ideal in size and shape. Take those photos to your consultation (with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon of course) and the surgeon can use them as a tool to discuss how close augmentation alone will come to your ideal results.

I would avoid a breast lift as part of your breast augmentation. True, you are close to the point where a breast lift should be considered, but your body has not crossed the line into definitely needing it.

The bottom line is, if there is a decent chance that you can avoid breast lift incisions altogether, then I would recommend a breast augmentation along, and then consider a lift if you need it, after all of the tissues have settled and adjusted to the presence of the implants...

I'm in agreement with the other opinions, that you should not change your diet or lifestyle to something that is not natural for you, just for the sake of trying to gain weight before your fat transfer to the buttocks ('Brazilian Butt Lift'). If you work to gain weight, eating more than you usually would, then you will almost certainly lose that weight after surgery and the additional volume in your buttocks will go with it.

It's best to just stick with your regular diet...
