This patient was interested in reducing her nasal hump, refining her nasal tip, and narrowing her nostrils. An endonasal rhinoplasty was performed where incisions are only made inside the nose, so there is no visible scar. This approach also reduces swelling and recovery time compared to traditional open rhinoplasty.
