This patient was interested in reducing her nasal hump without changing the appearance of her tip. An endonasal rhinoplasty was performed where incisions are only made inside the nose, so there is no visible scar. This approach also reduces swelling and recovery time compared to traditional open rhinoplasty. She's only 1 month out and still has a little swelling that will continue to settle over the next few months.
