I would suggest smoothing out the brow bone, lowering your hairline, and reducing the size of your cheekbones. Depending on how much swelling and bruising you have, you may only need to take about a week off of work. A Skype consultation would be helpful to give you any more specific recommendations.

I would suggest doing both buccal fat pad excision and Facetite together. This will help define your jawline and thin out the lower face. I have quite a few people come into my office daily with your same issue, and this seems to be the best combination to address both issues.

The most powerful procedure you can do to look feminine is adjusting the upper third of the face. This means lowering the hairline, raising the eyebrows, and setting the brow bone back. It is difficult to tell from your photos, but you may have some excess skin of your upper eyelids that, when trimmed, will help to make your eyes look larger. What I can't determine is whether you have something called upper eyelid ptosis. Ptosis is when the muscle that opens the upper eyelid is weak which can be for a number of reasons. It would be better to see someone for an in-person evaluation to determine what procedure would be best.

For you, the main thing to consider is a more youthful face equates to a more feminine face. You do have some strong features to the structure of the face itself, but I don't necessarily think you have to change those things to look more feminine. I frequently see women in my practice for facial feminization. For you, I definitely think refining your nose and chin would soften your features. I see women all the time who want FFS. All of the same procedures can be done as my transgender patients. The brow bone can be set back, hairline lowered, nose made smaller, and jaw made narrower. I've seen your situation a number of times. A segment of bone was slid backwards when it could have basically been removed . An experienced surgeon who focuses on aesthetic refinement of the jawline should reduce the height and width of the chin not just slide it back. It will be more complicated since you likely have hardware in your chin, but it can be done. Expect to take a week or two off of work for swelling.

I would have to see more photos or see your face through video to give more specific recommendations, but the main thing that stands out to me is your chin. This can be easily addressed with contouring through an incision in your mouth. You would need to take about a week off of work and wear a compressive dressing during that time. it takes about a year to see final results.

Thank you for your question and photos. It looks like the bone forming your chin has just grown too far forward and can be corrected with contouring. Just be sure to go to an experienced surgeon in aesthetic contouring of the jaw. I have had a patient that was offered a sliding genioplasty to move that segment back which made her chin look really off. There are a couple of reasons why you are noticing your forehead. One is that the bone is slightly sloped outward, but it doesn't look like a lot from your photo. The main reason is it noticeable is that your hairline is a little high exposing that part of your head. If you simply lower your hairline about an inch you wouldn't really notice the bone as it slopes back.
