It would be optimal to have these both performed at the same time, and there are many surgeons who can provide both of these services together. It might be worthwhile to get a second opinion from a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who could perform both of these procedures. This is truly a personal decision, as either one can be done first depending on the situation. If they are being done in close proximity timewise to one another, you may want to do the blepharoplasty first, as you may have some edema around the eyes after a facelift which can make the blepharoplasty more challenging. However, if you are allowing several weeks on healing time between the surgeries, the order will not make a significant difference.

Great question- this depends on what type of filler was used and where it was used. Very few truly permanent fillers are on the market currently, however its possible for patients to have gotten their treatment years ago or in other countries where certain types of permanent fillers are still used. I recommend having an evaluation by a board-certified facial plastic surgeon to discuss your specific case and whether it would be possible to remove the particular filler in question.
