Are my teeth worth saving? Cost?
Are your teeth worth saving?

Hi,
It's always best to save your teeth if possible. The best thing to do is go to a dentist and have pictures and X-rays in order to assess what can be saved or not. After this, I'm sure you can come up with a good plan that would be beneficial for you.

Usually people change from a composite bonding to a ceramic veneer for many reasons. For example, its more aesthetic and stronger and will last longer. What are your reasons for wanting to make the change?
Can veneers or anything other than Jaw Surgery fix my cross bite???

Hi,
Yes you can fix cross bites with physiologic based orthodontics. No surgery is necessary. You can search for a LVI trained dentist who does this type of work.

Hi,
Sounds like there is misalignment of your upper and lower jaw, which is affecting the way your teeth line up. Best approach would be to find someone who practices physiologic based orthodontics or dentistry. They can determine if in your case ortho or veneers would fix the problem. A photo would be helpful.

There is a high possibility that the bite maybe too high. The most conservative thing you can do is have that checked. If too high, you can adjust it and the pain should stop.
I have extreme sensitivity with my permanent crown that I had placed just a day ago. Advice?
Sensitive crown

After placing a new crown, sensitivity can be normal. However, if it persists, you need to evaluate it again to make sure the bite isn't too high. If that doesn't solve the issue, then the nerve maybe involved and you may need additional treatment (such as a root canal).
What is the best way to improve an always slightly uneven smile that has become more and more lo
Lopsided smile

It looks like there is uneven growth between your upper and lower jaw, hence causing misalignment. That's why you see asymmetry in the face and smile. If you want to fix the cause, you can pursue non invasive ortho. This is not traditional orthodontics. An LVI dentist is trained to do this.
