A review of your photo indicates it would be best to have surgical intervention in order to reduce the size of your nose. Since you appear to have thick skin you need to seek a board certified plastic surgeon or otorhinolaryngologist with experience and expertise in male rhinoplasty. Ask to see before and after photos of their own patients with features similar to yours.

You should be able to achieve the look you desire if you seek a board certified plastic surgeon or otorhinolaryngologist. Your nose could be narrowed and keep your ethnicity intact. The surgeon must have experience with African American rhinoplasty due to the difference in skin thickness, etc. Ask to see before and after photos of their own patients.
