25 year old female, unhappy with appearance of her nose, especially the dorsal profile. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow the bridge, improve the contour of the profile, and thin the nasal tip. Results show a more refined nasal contour and a more feminine profile that still maintains her overall general appearance.
