26 Year Old Female Treated With Bulbous Nose Rhinoplasty By Doctor Roger Tsai, MD, West Hollywood, California
29 year old female, self conscious about the appearance of her nose for awhile now. Dislikes that her nose is deviated with a very pronounced and projected tip. She desires a less projecting nose, an improved contour to her bridge, and straighter appearance nose – overall a more feminine look. A rhinoplasty was performed to straighten and improve the contour the bridge, creating a slight slope. The nose is also straighter with a more refined appearance while still maintaining her look. Facial fat grafting was also performed to provide more volume to the under-eyes, cheeks, temple, and chin. (Apr 7, 2020)
