Well Tango77 I am sorry that you are unhappy with the results from your Rhinoplasty surgery.
In my opinion it is difficult to judge your result without seeing pre-operative images. Those images with operative notes will help to determine what additionally can be done, if anything, to improve the result and get you closer to satisfied.

As stated by others revision work is much more involved and selecting a surgeon with revision experience is key.
In my experience recommending that a patient wait 9-12 months to heal is a must. Since you are over 1 year post your surgery I would move forward with adjusting the tip and correcting the collapse of the nostril.
