It is difficult to fully assess based on the limited photograph.  From what I can see, I would not necessarily categorize this as a hanging columella, which generally refers to mid columella hanging down and causing excessive nostril visibility.  Instead, it appears as if the base of the columella is pushed down, such that it makes the distance between nose and upper lip shorter than ideal.  It also creates a relatively over rotated appearance to the nose.  This could very well be imp…

You can definitely achieve a very nice natural result.  Your nasal tip is over projected, long and the bulkiness of the tip (lower lateral) cartilage is visibly creating the fullness.  Rhinoplasty performed correctly can create the type of nose you would like such that it is proportional to the rest of your facial features which are more refined.

On your photos, the nasal bones appear to be wide, with narrowing in the area of the upper lateral cartilages and a round tip.  Profile issues appear to be a combination of the upper dorsum height being too high, overreduction of the middle third and again a rounded tip with retraction of the nostril.  These can all be addressed with revision rhinoplasty.  The dorsum does not need to built up much in order to get a natural and balanced appearance.

You are correct that they have increased the visibility, and relative prominence, of the columella.  The nostril margin is retracting up which further accentuates this.  This can absolutely be improved, although it does require revision rhinoplasty to reshape the cartilage structures of the nasal tip.  Having had surgery two months ago means there is still significant swelling and is generally too soon to have revision surgery.  The general recommendation is too wait close to a year for rev…

On your photographs, your nose is proportionally larger than the rest of your facial features.  You can absolutely get a nice improvement, narrowing the nose, shortening and giving nicer definition.  The goal of rhinoplasty is to create a nose that looks natural, and balances well with the rest of your facial features.  As for your lips, asymmetry is universal, attempts can be made to improve this to a degree using injectable fillers.  I would caution that trying to get a very symme…
