You have very pretty feminine features overall. The nose, however, is not quite in harmony with those other features in my opinion. The tip appears too broad as well as perhaps the nostrils, and to a lesser extent the bridge. Refinement of those features would make your nose more delicate and feminine, and more in harmony with your other facial features.

Yes, it appears that you are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. Your nose is slightly long, and the tip droops slightly. A rhinoplasty focused on making the nose a bit smaller, shorter, less Projected, and the rip refined would complement your otherwise nice features quite well. My own preference with this type of nose would be a minimally invasive closed rhinoplasty

Reduction of the dorsal hump and reduction of the radix would give a more pleasing aesthetic appearance and a more feminine look.

Nasal tip over projection and nostril flaring: you are correct when you say that your nasal tip is over projecting; and you are correct when you say that reducing the projection of the nasal tip will widen the nostrils. There is a procedure called a nostril tuck or “alar plasty“ which reduces the width of the nostril base. This is commonly performed with rhinoplasty particularly in patients whose nostrils are white at the onset and even wider after reduction of the tip projection.

Downturned, crooked nose: A drooping or down turned nasal tip and dorsal hump are two of the most common factors that are addressed in a routine rhinoplasty. When a nose is crooked, it is due either to trauma to the nasal bones, or a deviated septum. This can be addressed along with the other issues. If it is the septum that is causing the nose to be crooked, which is the most common, the procedure would be called a Septo rhinoplasty. This is a very commonly performed procedure.
