Anyone who tans easily has a higher risk for hyperpigmentation after a resurfacing procedure. I would recommend looking into other options like the Morpheus8 radio frequency micro needling which has significantly less risk of hyperpigmentation but delivers similar energy deep to the tissue to help with new collagen formation and wrinkle reduction. You should meet with a surgeon who can go over your options after an in person consultation.Best of luck

I tell patients you will have 1-3 days of redness and some swelling. I usually do the procedure on a Friday and people look okay for work on Monday. There may be some small dots from the pin insertions that may last up to a few weeks but will go away with time. The machine is great for fine lines around the mouth. I usually recommend three sessions but people can start to see some results after the first one. Best of luck

It is tough to say from only one view, but you are also early from your most recent surgery. I would give it a few more months to calm down and see where you are at that point. I would then discuss with a different surgeon about your options since it appears that you and your current surgeon are on different pages. This may be something that can be addressed with a relatively small revision depending on your in person evaluation. Best of luck

The Morpheus8 is a great new technology and is safe for darker skin. All energy devices must be adjusted down slightly or other precautions taken in darker skinned people though to avoid the possibility of hyperpigmentation. The depth of penetration for these needles does not cause too much fat loss. It would be very unlikely to see anything clinically significant and with the tightening/wrinkle reduction effects, it is a good option for many people.Best of luck

It is tough from the single photo, but it appears you have a combination of some extra remaining fat under the chin along with some excess skin. AccuTite and FaceTite are used to decrease subcutaneous fat and tighten overlying skin. If a fat graft was used in an area close to the skin, this could be used. If the fat graft was placed deep or in an area that may have some overlying nerves or blood vessels, it may not be advisable. I would speak with your surgeon about the options. Best of luck

A lower lid blepharoplasty is still the gold standard for fat pseudoherneation in the lower eyelid. Based on your photos, you have a moderate amount of herniation along with some fine lines. Even surgery usually doesn't fix the skin quality on the lower eyelid and many patients need a superficial energy device after the fat is repositioned. FaceTite and AccuTite can be used in patients who would benefit from a facelift as well but sometimes you can get enough improvement to buy some time...

From the photos provided, it doesn't appear that there is a significant fat component to the laxity in your neck. To tighten skin most efficiently, surgery would be your best option. If you are looking for something non-surgical, I would probably recommend multiple sessions of radio frequency microneedling (Morpheus8) and it may help tighten but not to the degree surgery would help. You would need an in person consultation to determine the best treatment plan though. Best of luck

The procedures would be safe to perform together but you would be doing them in different anatomic areas. If you were planning on having some fat grafting to the cheeks for some general volume, then the surgeon would stay away from that area using the device. The only potential problem I foresee, would be that a decent volume of liquid is injected during the accutite procedure and that may obscure the areas where fat would be injected. The way the technology works, the fat reduction from FaceTite/AccuTite is technically permanent. The skin tightening should also be a "permanent" change. That being said, you will continue to age, and if you gain some weight, the remaining fat cells in the area previously treated will enlarge. People have been seeing results continue to IMPROVE over one year but as the aging process continues, you could repeat the procedure as needed maybe every few years until surgery is an option. Best of luck

You can absolutely go out in public after AccuTitie. Depending on what areas are treated, you will likely have a compression garment on for a few days. You will be a bit bruised and swollen just from the fluid that is injected at the time of the procedure and that will decrease over one week. If liposuction is done at the same time, you may have a bit more bruising. After a few weeks, things return to "normal" and then usually around four-6 months, the results are really good. Best of luck

You are correct in the size of the handpiece. We use the FaceTitie handpiece for larger areas such as contouring the jawline and shrinking fat/tightning skin in the neck. For smaller areas such as just under the chin, or in the nasolabial folds, the AccuTite handpiece is used. Your surgeon should be able to go over it with you.
