The patient is a 58-year old woman who began to notice lines and folds around her mouth and jawline that she wanted to address without surgery.
Assessment
On exam, the patient had mild to moderate jowling and loss of jawline definition due to and increase in skin laxity over time. Her smile lines were prominent but her skin quality was good.
Procedures
The patient had Silhouette InstaLift to her mid and lower face. Her lower face and jawline were contoured, tightened and lifted with 3 sutures placed per side. The patient is shown 1 month after her InstaLift procedure.
