My recommendation is that the patient may resume chest exercises at least 6 weeks postoperatively including weightlifting to the chest. I would agree 200cc implants are small. Your frame appears small and you do require a lift which will limit the size of the implant that you can have placed while having the lift simultaneously. In my personal experience, with patients of your physique, from what I can gather by looking at the photos, I would certainly pick a larger implant, possibly up to 300cc and still be able to perform your breast lift. One option here would be to seek a second opinion with an in-person consultation....

Examining the photographs show upper pole fullness, lack of lower pole fullness which will result in you requiring a revision. There are many reason the implant did not drop. One would be capsular contracture. Another cause would be inadequate / inferior pocket dissection. Also, wearing a bra that is too supportive preventing the implants from being able to drop. Your only other option would be the circumareolar or “doughnut” excision of skin around the areola but this would limit my capability of performing a sufficient breast lift.
