It would be great to have photos of your nose to better advise you, but yes, noses can certainly be shortened and nose can be straightened and bumps removed.  These are very typical issues that I address with rhinoplasty surgery anywhere from 3-6 times each week.  Please look at the before and after photos on my website gallery to see many examples of these issues being fixed.  Good luck.  Dr. Pontell

Hi and thanks for your photos and question.  You do have some severe deviations of your nose, but yes, it can be straightened and the septum can be fixed to help with your breathing.  This is one of the more challenging parts of rhinoplasty, but if you go to a very experienced surgeon, they should know how to fix it.  If you look at patients 3,17,25 in my website rhinoplasty gallery, you will see similar cases to yours that I was able to fix.  Good luck.

Yes, you do have a bulbous tip and your tip and bridge are not aligned symmetrically.  You do have a dorsal hump the appears to be mostly cartilaginous and a bit of a hanging infratip lobule.  I can't tell if you would benefit from an alar base reduction without seeing your eyes not blocked out.  I would do an open rhinoplasty to address your issues.

Hi and thanks for your question and photos.  You are a great candidate for a rhinoplasty.  All of your other facial features are beautiful.  Fixing your nose would be a homerun.  Nasal filler above the hump would camouflage the hump, but a real reduction rhinoplasty would give the best possible result of a smaller more feminine nose to fit the rest of your face.  Good luck.
